Sacramento County has finished processing ballots and all results can be found at Sacramento County Voter Registration and Elections. Here are the results for our endorsed candidates:
Katie Valenzuela won outright in Sacramento City Council District 4 with 53.3% of the vote. District 4 represents the neighborhoods of Sacramento’s central city, Land Park, Little Pocket, and River Oaks. Congratulations Katie!
Mai Vang came in first for Sacramento City Council, District 8, but did not secure 50% of the vote so will have to engage in run-off election against second-place Les Simmons on November 3, 2020. District 8 represents the Meadowview and Parkway neighborhoods. We encourage you to support Mai throughout the coming months as she does this once again!
Tiffany Mock-Goeman came in third in Board Of Supervisors District 3. We wish her well.
